We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Defence Colony who will be key in driving our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role, holding a professional degree.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Prospect New Clients:** Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and build a solid customer base.
- **Conduct Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our products and services, highlighting their benefits to clients.
- **Manage Customer Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards individual and team sales objectives, ensuring targets are met or exceeded consistently.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- **Report Sales Activities:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics for review and strategy development.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and present information clearly.
- Proven sales experience and track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring a win-win situation for both the company and the client.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions and sales data are well-documented and managed.
